Afroditi has an extensive litigation experience in representing clients before civil, criminal, and administrative courts of all levels. She has represented clients both individuals and corporate in commercial, civil law (family, tort, property) and administrative disputes (tax, regulatory and others).

Afroditi focuses on employment and dispute settlement practice areas. She is leading the Employment practice of the firm. She has significant experience in handling various employment matters contentious and non-contentious. Her experience includes drafting employment and dismissal agreements, monitoring hiring/ dismissal procedure, advising on benefits and social security issues , consultations with works councils and unions, works regulations, employees’ assignments and advising on employment issues in connection with Covid -19.
